Giovanni graduated in Economics at La Sapienza Rome University and holds a Master Degree in Financial Intermediation at the school of Business Administration of Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. Since 1988 he is member of the association of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors.

He has been cooperating with RIA Grant Thornton since 2004 where currently holds the position of Senior Advisor Risk Management & Finance for Rome office.

In his professional career he has worked as a manager in Banca di Roma, Zurich Financial Services and Banca Nazionale del Lavoro with a long experience in financial advisory and planning, risk management and analysis of derivatives (fair value, hedge efficiency & risk profile).

Giovanni is member of the Italian Association of Financial Industry Risk Managers (AIFIRM)
